15 – 6 – 2009 fire on Hymettos mountain just over the last buildings at Glyfada / Voula. Almost every year we have to deal with those fires.

Almost a year after we went to photograph the nature reborn. Sad but true, trees need many years to be at same size as before. Still, Spring gives hope with all those flowers and grass.

Hope I should knew … he he, well after one full year of inactivity I’m trying to warm a bit my Blog, the last two years I was very busy so I couldn’t post or I forgot to do so … with all every day madness …

I will try to change that and promise to post more often my thoughts and photographs.

here I present to you one recent creation, my self portrait , or perhaps my alter ego …

I found some time to go out and shot, even it was rainy 

This one from a trip to North Greece my father did few weeks ago. 
I just processed it with SPP and a bit of PS. 
We hope you like it.

I had to deliver few photos instantly so I was forced to shoot at jpeg mode that time.

And to be honest I never tried it before. All I can say is that its great for fast candid shoots but for best quality Raw is the key as usual.

Jpeg is usable for not so big prints and mail or web usage.

I wish for Raw+Jpeg setting … Sigma are you listening?
